Roel van Someren
My name is Roel (/rül/) van Someren – born and raised in the Netherlands.
I am a Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach located in California. I’ve been helping my clients for 12 years transform their bodies and minds through losing weight, increasing energy levels, gaining muscle mass, and helping their bodies and minds feel good in the most efficient way.
I listen to my clients, understand their needs, identify and help remove any barriers, and create a plan to get them results. I design short and long term workouts plans all based on YOU and YOUR goals, because one plan does not fit all. It’s not black and white, each body and mind works different and I get that! I absolutely love helping people achieve their fitness goals. It’s what I was created to do. Many of my clients have become my friends over the years and I enjoy getting to be part of maintaining a healthy lifestyle with them when after we’ve reached all their goals.
